- Color Selection: If you do not like the polish color you selected, please inform your technician immediately during the application process. Requesting a color change after the application is complete will result in an additional re-polishing fee.
- Nail Fix Policy: While gel polish does not come with a permanent guarantee, we offer a complimentary repair if your gel nail chips within 3 days of your service. Please notify us within this timeframe . Repairs requested after 7 days will incur a fixing fee.
- Pricing & Services: All prices are listed on our menu. Please feel free to confirm the total cost with your technician before your service begins. If you are unsure about which service to choose, our salon manager will be happy to assist you.
